Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of QueueFy. By accessing or using QueueFy, you agree to these Terms.

QueueFy is operated by rilo.cc, a company based in Brazil. QueueFy allows you to save and organize links to media and other content from third-party platforms into a personal queue or list.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when joining the waitlist or accessing the product.

Sign-in is provided through Google sign-in or similar account access methods, and you are responsible for maintaining control over that account.

Permitted use

QueueFy may be used to save, organize, and manage personal queues of links and related information.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

User content

You are responsible for the links and other content you choose to save in QueueFy. You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

QueueFy does not claim ownership of third-party media or websites linked by users. The product only helps you organize references to that content.

Privacy

Use of QueueFy is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

Third-party platforms

QueueFy may reference or link to content from third-party platforms such as YouTube, X, Netflix, and Apple Podcasts.

QueueFy's YouTube features are built on YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Those services are independent from QueueFy and have their own terms, policies, and availability. QueueFy is not responsible for third-party services or content.

Availability and changes

QueueFy is an evolving product. Features may change, be added, suspended, or removed at any time. QueueFy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

These Terms may also be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QueueFy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QueueFy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Termination

QueueFy may suspend or terminate access to the service if it reasonably believes the product is being misused, legal risk is created, or these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

Before formal proceedings, please raise any dispute with us first at support@rilo.cc so we can attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication.
